形而逐渐加深，本组7例随访时间较长的患儿在复查时轴位x线片显示髁间窝均有较大的改善。因此，根据患者年龄、脱位的时间、程度以及x线片表现采取联合手术方式治疗儿童习惯性髌骨脱位能够取得满意疗效。［医学教育网搜集整理］
