暴病耳鸣，或耳中觉胀，鸣声不断，按之不减；如系肝胆风火上逆，可见头胀，面赤，咽干，烦躁易怒，脉弦；如因外感风邪，多见头痛，畏寒，发热，脉浮数等证。
