前言目的 改进食管裂孔疝的X线检查方法,提高对其检出率。方法 对110例拟诊食管裂孔疝的患者分别采用:①常规X线钡餐检查;②改良法:即服双倍量产气粉,大剂量钡剂及配合Valsalva试验等。对两种检查方法进行对比。结果 两种方法对食管裂孔疝的检出率分别为30%和54。5%,差别显著。结论 改良法是检出食管裂孔疝的较好方法。
