概要：胆囊切除术后综合征（PCS）表现为胆石症术后右上腹绞痛,疼痛向腰背部放射。笔者用加味四逆散治疗PCS34例效果满足,报道如下。1临床资料34例中,男18例,女16例;年龄30~66岁,平均49岁。均为胆囊结石、胆囊炎行胆囊切除术后1个月~6年。均表现为右上腹疼痛,其中28例伴有患侧肩背部放射痛。发病期间均行2次以上B超检查无阳性发现。16例行ERCP检查,3例胆总管残留小结石,1例胆囊管残留小结石（2.5cm）。2治疗方法用加味四逆散。柴胡10g,炒枳实10g,赤芍15g,白芍15g,郁金15g,木香10g,川楝子6g,制延胡索15g,丹参30g,法半夏10g,茯苓10g,陈皮10g,炒莱菔子15g,炙甘草6g。肝郁甚者选加制香附10g,青皮9g,佛手10g;肝郁化火者选加炒黄芩9g,焦栀子9g;腹胀甚者选加厚朴15g,乌药8g,槟榔片9g;呕逆苦水者选加代赭石30g（先煎）,竹茹10g;胁痛甚者选加桃仁15g,当归15g;大便秘结者选加熟大黄10g,火麻仁30g（打坏）;纳差、便溏者去炒莱菔子,加焦白术10g,砂仁10g,焦三仙各10g;有胆总管结石残留者选加金钱草30g,鸡内金15g。每日1剂,水煎服。...
