前言目的:探讨对上尿路梗阻性疾病的诊治。方法:采用B超引导下经皮肾穿刺造瘘（PCN）术对上尿路梗阻性疾病达到诊治目的。结果:本组40例患者,诊断组中10病例有9例获得明确诊断,治疗组中32病例有29例达到治疗目的,40例中有2例（泌尿系结核）同时获得诊断及治疗。结论:B超引导下PCN术在上尿路梗阻性疾病诊治中既可为诊断手段;又可为治疗手段。它操作简单、并发症少,在临床工作中值得应用推广。
