前言目的:观察黄芪精口服液对酒精性心肌病的治疗作用。方法:采用双盲法安慰剂对照,用B型超声心动图和平板运动试验测定心功能。结果:黄芪精口服液可提高酒精性心肌病患者的左室收缩功能及运动耐量。结论:黄芪精口服液对酒精性心肌病患者有较好治疗作用。
