前言目的:分析泪腺混合瘤术后复发和恶性变的原因。方法:对63例泪腺混合瘤进行术后随访,随访时间3mo～10a。结果:51例术后无复发或恶性变;12例复发者中,有11例为多次手术者,均因术中对瘤体组织切除不完全所致。结论:泪腺混合瘤手术关键在于术中一次性切除连同包膜在内的完整瘤体,尽量避免多次手术及术前瘤体穿刺或活检等,减少复发率。
