前言目的 探讨放射性核素在亚急性甲状腺炎（亚甲炎）中的表现及其作用。方法 回顾性分析32例亚甲炎的核素影像图特点与临床表现的关系。结果32例中,双叶及单叶增大者26例,不清晰者8例,稀疏者14例。单叶局部结节者6例,不清晰者1例,稀疏者2例,正常显影者3例。结论 放射性核素在弥漫肿大性亚甲炎时,呈显影不清晰或稀疏,局部结节者,特异性差,表现与临床病理相符
