前言报告1例掌跖部无色素沉着型固定性药疹。患者男,23岁。口服呋喃唑酮4h后掌跖部出现大致对称的红斑,面积1～3cm2不等,似类圆形或梭形,边界清楚,伴轻度瘙痒。7d后皮损渐消退,原皮损处无任何色素改变。3年内在本次皮损处有3次类似发疹,消退后均未出现色素沉着。呋喃唑酮口服激发试验呈阳性反应,诊断为无色素沉着型固定性药疹。
