前言目的:探索角膜基质内注射治疗真菌性角膜的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对明确为真菌性角膜炎的病例,洗眼消毒后,病变区角膜基质内注射抗真菌药物,观察疗效并每日注射。结果:本组患者22例进行角膜基质内注射氟康唑注射液,联合抗真菌滴眼液及全身药物治疗,痊愈17例,好转3例,无效2例,痊愈率77.2%。结论:角膜基质内注射抗真菌药物是治疗和控制真菌性角膜炎安全有效的新的给药途径。
