前言目的 探讨儿童外伤性前房积血的治疗方法。方法 总结126例儿童外伤性前房积血的药物和手术治疗。结果 治疗后前房出血吸收,其中药物治疗115例,手术治疗11例,视力在0。5以上者占74。6%。结论 止血环酸与尿激酶合理使用是治疗儿童外伤性前房积血的有效方法。
