前言目的:了解外耳道真菌病的致病菌种,正确诊断和治疗外耳道真菌病。方法:取耳道分泌物涂片,用10%KOH法制片检查,镜检阳性者接种沙氏培养基做真菌培养。结果:分离出致病真菌40株,曲霉菌占85%（3440）,白色念珠菌占15%（640）。致病真菌培养阳性率为911%。结论:外耳道真菌病主要致病真菌是曲霉菌和白色念珠菌,中老年患者应进行常规血糖及尿糖检查
