AbstractObjective:tofurtherexploretherolemechanismofPingyangmycintreatmentionkeloids.Methods:Specimensfrom126casesofKeloidfromtheDepartmentofPathologyinRenminHospitalofWuhanUniversitywerecollected.126caseKeloidpatientswererandomlydividedintotwogroups:Treatmentgroup（groupA：n=74）andcontrolgroup（GroupB:n=52）.Treatmentgroup:Pingyangmycinfrom8mg,2%lidocaine5mldiluted,sincetheneedlescaredge,tipofthecentralscar,sinceneedleinjectionsitewerethefan-likeuniformtoshowscarsorpaleappearanceforthekindoforangepeel.Controlgroup:prednisoloneacetateinjection125mgdissolvedin2%lidocainehydrochlorideinjection,5ml,lesionstreatedatthebaseclosed.Injectionandtreatmentmethodsweresamewiththetreatmentgroup.ThespecimensweregetedSixmonthsforeachgroupbasedtreatment,andthecontentofⅢcollagenfiberwereobservedbyhistologicalandhistologicalchemistry.ThepositiveareaofⅢcollagenfiberwereanalyzedusingimageanalysisImageHPIAS-2000AnalysisSystem.Results:ⅢcollagenfiberswereintensivedistributioninAgroup,ⅢcollagenfiberswerethesparsedistributioninBGroup.Imageanalysiswasshowedthat:ThepositiveareaofⅢcollagenfibreswerebetweenAGroupandBGrouphadstatisticallysignificantdiscrepancy（P<0.01）.Conclusion:PingyangmycincanmakescartissuefibroblastsDNAbreakage,collagenousfibersformatingtodestroy,andpromotecollagendissolved

2%利多卡因

参加治疗
1.2方法
1.2.1临床治疗
A组：常规行血常规和胸部透视
B组：用醋酸泼尼松龙注射液125mg溶于2%盐酸利多卡因注射剂5ml
1.2.2组织学切片
所有瘢痕疙瘩标本均源于我院自愿行瘢痕疙瘩注射治疗后
1.2.3切片制作
常规HE染色：取材、固定、脱水、透明、包埋、切片、HE染色及封片
组织化学染色（苦味酸-天狼猩红染色）：①脱蜡
1.3结果判断
出现绿色染色
采用HPIAS-2000高清晰度彩色病理图文报告管理系统（同济千屏影像公司）对苦味酸-天狼猩红染色进行定量分析
1.4统计学处理
数据以均数±标准差（x±s）表示
