前言探讨应用Nd:YAG激光治疗顽固性慢性鼻前庭炎。方法:采用Nd:YAG激光鼻前庭照射、凝固,治疗顽固性慢性鼻前庭炎,随访2-9年。结果:31例病人中,5例失访;11例反复发作者中仅有一例2年后复发,再次Nd-YAG激光治疗。治疗随访的26例病人,至今病变无再复发。结论:Nd-YAG激光治疗顽固性慢性鼻前庭炎是非常有效的方法。
