前言目的:探讨体外循环下心脏不停跳对中老年继发孔型房间隔缺损患者术后恢复的作用。方法:对19例中老年继发孔型房间隔缺损患者在体外循环心脏不停跳情况下行房间隔缺损修补术,同时有10例行三尖瓣Devage成形术,3例行二尖瓣成形术。结果:19例患者术后全部生存,心功能明显改善,总有效率89%。结论:心脏不停跳有利于中老年房间隔缺损术后恢复。
