[摘要]目的：观察老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用鹅头加压髋螺钉（dhs）内固定的疗效。方法：选取69~93岁股骨转子间骨折的老年患者40例，采用闭合复位dhs固定治疗，并进行手术功能锻炼。结果：随访6~12个月，平均10个月，40例患者，骨折均已愈合、内固定牢固、功能恢复良好。结论：老年股骨粗隆间骨折采用dhs内固定结合术后功能锻炼，能早期骨折愈合及功能恢复，疗效良好。
