前言目的:比较窝沟釉质成形封闭术（enameloplastysealanttechnique,EST）与普通窝沟封闭术（conv-entionalsealanttechnique,CST）封闭剂的保存率及临床疗效。方法:以EST及CST分别封闭下颌第一恒磨牙80颗,随访2年,观察封闭剂脱落情况。结果:EST组封闭剂未脱落牙数69颗,封闭剂保存率86.3%;CST组封闭剂未脱落牙数51颗,封闭剂保存率63.7%。结论:EST较CST能明显提高封闭剂保存率,从而增强防龋效果。
