前言目的:研究关节镜下治疗髌前滑囊炎的方法。方法:13例髌前滑囊炎患者,男8例,女5例。囊肿最大8cm×10cm,最小5cm×6cm,全部病例均于关节镜下手术切除囊肿,并彻底冲洗,局部加压包扎,术后伸膝位石膏固定。结果:术后随访时间3～21个月。全部病人无1例复发及感染。所有病人膝前皮肤均表现有不同程度的凹陷形成,仅有2例病人残留有膝前Ⅱ°疼痛,1例病人皮肤有麻木感。结论:关节镜下手术治疗髌前滑囊炎,疗效满意,方法简单,并发症少。
