前言目的:研究参附强心胶囊（SFQX）对犬急性心力衰竭的保护作用。方法:采用静脉输入戊巴比妥钠诱发犬急性实验性心力衰竭,以多道生理记录仪测定HR、BP、LVSP、dp/dtmax及LVEDP等心脏血流动力学参数。结果:参附强心胶囊对戊巴比妥钠所致犬实验性心力衰竭有明显的改善作用,主要表现为加快HR,升高BP、LVSP及dp/dtmax,降低LVEDP,增加LVMCF。结论:参附强心胶囊对戊巴比妥钠诱发犬急性心力衰竭有明显的保护作用。
