前言目的探讨间歇性外斜视与儿童少年近视发展的关系。方法比较间歇性外斜视组患者122例244眼与对照组患者122例244眼的连续3年的屈光变化。结果间歇性外斜视组较对照组在各年龄段均向近视方向发展快,且两组间差异都具有统计学意义（P<0.01）。集合不足型外斜视组平均每年近视增长较外展过强型组及基本型外斜视组快,差异有显著性统计学意义（P<0.01）结论间歇性外斜视可能促进儿童少年近视的进展,其中集合不足型外斜视更明显。
