【摘要】目的探讨制备慢性上颌窦炎动物模型的方法。方法第一天阻塞窦口。次日,注入0.5ml2×109CFU/ml肺炎链球菌悬液,术后35天取上颌窦标本分别进行形态学观察及细菌学检查。结果各实验组建立模型的成功率:单纯窦口堵塞组37.5%,窦口堵塞+肺炎链球菌组100%,单纯细菌组、空白对照组和假手术组均为0%,感染窦粘膜均表现为慢性炎症。结论窦口堵塞并注入肺炎链球菌可成功建立兔慢性上颌窦炎动物模型。
