前言目的探讨门静脉高压症与胆道结石关系的处理原则。方法对同时患有门静脉高压症和胆道结石患者53例的治疗进行总结,病例分为两组,A组病例以门静脉高压症为主诉合并胆道结石,B组以胆道结石为主诉合并门静脉高压症,针对不同的情况,采取不同的处理方案。结果A组病例术后4例出现腹水,应激性溃疡1例。B组病例1例出现胆囊床出血,1例切口感染。所有病人均恢复良好,效果满意。结论在处理A组患者时着重处理门静脉高压症的问题,在选择经腹手术时,如果患者情况允许,可行胆囊手术,在选择经胸手术时,不另行经腹胆囊切除。在处理B组患者时着重处理胆道结石,根据情况选择性的处理门静脉高压症的问题,针对门静脉高压症的手术应简单有效。
