【摘要】角膜热烧伤是平时和战时常见的眼外伤，由于角膜损伤大多较为严重，治疗较为棘手，若治疗不当，预后不良。近年研究表明,药物治疗的优势体现于角膜深层结构受损前，手术治疗的优势则体现于角膜即将穿孔和穿孔后。本文拟就本病近年药物治疗和手术治疗的有关研究进展进行综述。

角膜热烧伤是指高温铁水、沸油等（直接）接触性损伤角膜，或凝固汽油弹、火焰喷射等导致角膜损伤。热损伤首先累及角膜上皮细胞层及前弹力层，然后可导致基质纤维变性坏死，当损伤累及内皮细胞层则角膜发生水肿，最后直接导致角膜溃疡和穿孔，修复期则瘢痕形成并伴有新生血管长入。现就近年角膜热烧伤治疗的研究进展概述如下。
