前言目的 探讨中西医结合治疗颅脑外伤后头痛患者的临床疗效。方法550例患者按辨证分型分为四型:瘀血型、肝阳上亢型、心阳虚型、肾虚型,分别给予不同的中药治疗及常规西药治疗。46例患者只给予单纯西药治疗作为对照组。结果 中西医结合治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论 中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗颅脑外伤后头痛具有明显优势
