北京医学000309摘要目的总结消化道重复畸形的诊治经验。方法对1981～1990年手术治疗的76例病人随诊观察和分析总经。结果男童较女童发病率高。胸内重复和小肠重复较消化道其他部位重复比例高。囊肿型多于管状型。以并发症就诊72例，94.7%。误诊12例，15.8%。结论消化道重复畸形并发症高，误诊率高。需提高早期诊断率，手术效果满意。

AbstractObjectiveTosummarizethediagnosisandtreatmentofalimentarytractduplication.MethodsAtotalof76caseswhowereoperatedduring1981～1990werefollowed-upandanalyzed.ResultsTheincidenceofalimentarytractduplicationintheboywashigherthanthatinthegirl.Theratioofchestsmallintestineduplicationwashigherthanthatoftheotheralimentarytract.Thecysttypeismorethanthetubetype.Seventytwocases（94.7%）cometoseethedoctorbecauseofthecomplications.Twelvecases（15.8%）weremis-diagnosed.ConclusionsThecomplicationsandthemisdiagnosisratioofalimentarytractduplicationarehigher.Earlydiagnosisratioshouldbeimproved.Theeffectoftheoperationonalimentarytractduplicationissatisfying.......
