胸腺瘤的分类进展

摘要：胸腺瘤的分类一直是众多学者争论的话题，因其形态学的多样性和肿瘤细胞的异质性，加之缺乏简单有效的观测指标，它的分类方法尚未得到统一。随着诊断技术的发展和肿瘤生物学研究的进步，几种关于胸腺瘤的分类方法被先后提出，其中包括目前被大家公认的胸腺瘤世界卫生组织（WHO）分类方法等。现对几种影响比较广泛的胸腺瘤分类方法进行综述，探讨每种方法存在的问题及其对临床的指导意义，总结该领域的发展趋势，以期对胸腺瘤的分类和临床研究提供帮助。

Abstract:Theclassificationofthymomahasalwaysbeencontroversialtopilinrecentyears.Ithasn’tbeenunifiedbecauseofthemorphologicaldiversityofthymoma,theheterogeneityoftumourcellsandthelackofsimpleandeffectiveobservationindex.Withthedevelopmentofdiagnostictechniqueandoncobiologyresearch,severalclassificationmethodshavebeendrawnoff,includingitsWorldHealthOrganization（WHO）lassification.Wereviewedthemainclassificationanddiscussedtheproblemsofeachclassificationmethodandtheirclinicalguidingsignificamce,summarizedthedevelopmenttendency,methodsassisttheclassificationandclinicalresearchofthymoma.
