我院妇产科于1997～1998年收治3例外阴的软组织肿瘤
病理检查：其中2例行冷冻切片检查
病理诊断：3例均诊断为外阴血管肌纤维母细胞瘤
术后随访6～18个
讨论：女性外阴软组织肿瘤少见，而血管肌纤维母细胞瘤（angiomyofibroblastoma,aMF）则更为少见［1］首次报道了这种发［2］。本病很少能在术前作出明确诊断，肿物局部切除可治愈，一般［3］。该肿瘤在
