前言目的 探讨多层螺旋CT多方位MPR对眼眶骨折的诊断价值。方法 对68例外伤性眼眶损伤患者,分析轴位、多方位MPR图像显示眼眶骨折的能力。结果68例中,轴位像显示骨折63例,效果最佳者39例,主要为眶内、外侧壁骨折;冠状位像显示骨折68例,最佳者共66例;矢状位图像显示骨折43例,最佳者共27例,主要为眶上、下壁骨折。结论 多层螺旋CTMPR对外伤性眼眶骨折的诊断具有重要价值
