前言目的:探讨原发与复发星形胶质细胞瘤中端粒酶活性情况。方法:采用ＴＲＡＰ银染法。结果:Ⅲ级及其以上恶性星形胶质细胞瘤中端粒酶活性明显高于Ⅱ级及以下胶质瘤（１/１７,５。９%）（Ｐ＜０。０５）;２年内复发的胶质瘤总的阳性率（８/１１,７２。７%）明显高于原发胶质瘤的阳性率（８/２９,２７。６%）（Ｘ２＝５。０２,Ｐ＜０。０５）,原发、复发胶质瘤的差别主要分布在Ⅰ－Ⅱ级星形胶质细胞瘤中。结论:端粒酶可能是促进星形胶质细胞瘤复发及恶化的主要因素之一。
