前言目的通过两种引流方式负压吸引术与传统引流在口底多间隙感染切开引流中的应用的比较研究,观察负压吸引术是否优于传统引流。方法51例行口底多间隙感染切开引流术患者分成两组,分别应用负压吸引术,传统引流,通过临床观察的主客观评价标准进行对比研究。结果应用负压吸引术的患者自觉疼痛轻,痛苦小,引流时间短,住院时间短。结论在口底多间隙感染切开引流术中,应用负压吸引术优于传统引流。
