前言目的提高临床医生对眶下间隙感染的认识,减少误诊误治的发生。方法分析6例被误诊误治的眶下间隙感染患者的临床资料。结果感染被有效控制,面部伤口愈合。结论1.对于面部留有皮瘘的病变,应仔细寻找原因;2.临床医生对眶下间隙感染要有充分认识;3.接诊此类病人时应对相关的牙齿进行检查;4.提高眼、耳鼻喉科医生对边缘学科的诊治水平。
