前言目的分析多发脑结核瘤的MRI表现。方法回顾分析9例经临床治疗并确诊的多发脑结核瘤的MRI表现。MRI采用SETWI、FSETWI、FLAIR12和Gd-DTPA增强扫描。结果未成熟结节呈长T、长T信号,病灶周围水12肿明显,结节性强化。成熟结核结节呈典型的“环靶征”,病灶周围水肿较轻,环形强化。TWI和增强扫描显示2更佳。结论多发脑结核瘤MRI的表现具有特征性。
