前言目的在广西地区发现新的葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)缺乏症基因型。方法使用特异性、敏感性和重复性,较好的变性高效液相(DHPLC)法,对30例G6PD缺乏症所有的的外显子,进行逐个片段的筛查,然后使用直接测序或限制内切酶确定基因型。结果在我国大陆第一次确定G6PDViangchan(871G→A,1311C→T)存在,共3例,占10.0%,并首次发现1例G6PDUnion(1360C→T),占3.3%,还有G6PDCanton(1376G→T)占30.0%、Kaiping(1388G→A)占26.7和Gaohe(95A→G)占23.3%。结论除G6PDCanton、Kaiping和Gaohe三种中国常见的G6PD缺乏症基因型之外,广西尚有G6PDViangchan和G6PDUnion,G6PDViangchan很可能是广西壮族特有的基因型。
