前言目的：了解Schmid型干骺软骨发育异常的临床特点。方法：对5例患者进行症状、体征及X线分析，并结合文献讨论了其病理基础、鉴别诊断和治疗方法。结果：主要临床特点为短肢型侏儒、肢体弯曲畸形及摇摆步态，典型X线表现为干骺端不规则、硬化、向外张开，而骨骺相对正常。结论：本病临床研究对进一步探讨病因和发病机理有重要意义。
