前言目的 分析E2F1在颌骨软骨肉瘤中的表达及意义。方法 利用免疫组化ABC法检测E2F1在20例颌骨软骨肉瘤和8例骨软骨瘤中的表达。结果 软骨肉瘤中E2F1的阳性表达率为65%（13/20）,病理学分级间阳性表达率差异无显著性（P>0。05）,原发与复发病例的阳性表达率差异无显著性（P>0。05）;在骨软骨瘤中的阳性率为12。5%（1/8）,与软骨肉瘤相比差异有显著性（P<0。05）。结论 E2F1在颌骨软骨肉瘤中过表达并可作为癌基因标志之一。
