前言目的总结正畸正颌联合治疗双颌前突畸形患者的疗效,为临床提供参考。方法回顾性研究颌面外科病房及正畸科2002年7月～2006年7月接受治疗的双颌前突畸形的患者50例,分析治疗方法,总结临床经验。结果50例患者均取得了良好的外貌及咬颌关系,未见手术并发症。结论通过正畸正颌联合治疗,双颌前突畸形可以取得良好的治疗效果。
