前言目的探讨先天性后鼻孔闭锁的手术时机和手术方式。方法结合文献,对1例出生仅10天的双侧先天性后鼻孔闭锁病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果该患者在鼻内窥镜下利用电动吸切器成功进行了后鼻孔成形术,随访3年后鼻孔无狭窄。结论对于双侧先天性后鼻孔闭锁者宜尽早手术。鼻内窥镜下配合电动吸切器手术具有视野清晰、操作准确、出血少、创面愈合快等优点。术中置管扩张、术后加强护理及定期随访是保证手术成功的关键。
